ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that he would never tolerate a division within his party, local media sources claimed.
A fully worked-up Mr Khan delivered a marathon three-hour pep talk to his party leaders gathered here on Sunday, reportedly.
Dressed in his favourite black shalwar-kameez, he warned his party’s central and provincial leaders that their continued wrangling would benefit only the adversaries.
Journalists were kept out of the event, but PTI’s Twitter account contained snippets from Mr Khan’s speech. And PTI spokesperson Dr Shireen Mazari released main points of the speech, claimed sources.
Mr Khan was the only speaker on the occasion but before his speech a documentary was shown to the participants.
It is always easy to start a political party esp.in the presence of a corrupt or a dysfunctional system but difficult to keep it together in the face of adversity. Such is the dilemma facing Imran now. After months of hoping against hope that elections would be declared null and void he is facing dissent by people who jumped on to his bandwagon in the hope of richer pickings. Charismatic leadership can only take you to a certain distance and no more. PTI is not facing division but facing the moment of truth. Where does it proceed now? Dust bin of history like PPP or rough road to success!
It all will reveal in the near future. Few persons from PPP,and noon, were planted in the PTI just for intelligence…and also for creating such divisions and differences within the Party. But the conpiracy of noon and PPP is unveiled now…Insha Allah soon PTI will come out of this dilemma within the party. Still we, the supporters of PTi believe in Our great Imran Khan…we have now doubt about his honesty, hardwork will and vision…May He live long…Amin
Dear Prof. If one was to believe your conspiracy theory it again shows lack of judgement on the part of your leader and his advisers. Great leaders always need a set back to succeed and this may yet happen to Imran. The PTI boat is beached at the moment but the tide always returns. Repair the boat while you wait!
Hashmi was inducted into the PTI from noon, the biggest proof of this is, he never accepted Imran Khan as his leader, even after joining PTI. After joining PTI he declared kashkool sharif (thrice) as his leader on the floor of the National Assembly and he kept on insisting that, " my leader is Nawaz"….and the 2nd proof of this conspiracy is, Now hashmi is all set to re-join noon…But this drama has been exposed… Now the people of Pakistan are no more fool…. general Pasha has also broken his silence and demanded a commission to trial him on PTI issue… now the so called SHER must dare to form a commission to prob and decide who was making conspiracies and for whom.
