MIANWALI: The sessions judge awarded death sentence to a drug trafficker under the Control of Narcotics Substance Act on Saturday, according to local media sources.
The convict, Anwar Khan, a resident of Kalla Khel, Peshawar, was also awarded Rs100,000 fine.
The Anti-Narcotics Force, Mianwali, had seized 276kg charas from Khan’s vehicle in 2012 when he was trafficking the drug to Karachi, reportedly.
