The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday has asked the Punjab chief secretary to submit a formal written report Thursday (today) for not providing jobs to disabled persons as per quota.
Justice Syed Manzoor Ali Shah heard the case during which the plaintiff’s lawyer Azhar Siddique apprised the court that the government is not giving employment to the disabled persons despite court’s order which is against law and constitution.
The court, after hearing the arguments, summoned a formal report from the chief secretary for clarification.
