The Karachi police arrested four members of inter-provincial kidnappers gang during a crackdown on Wednesday and rescued three abducted children besides recovery of arms and drugs.
The SSP West told media that a team of police on a tip off launched search operation in Frontier Colony of Karachi during which four members of inter-provincial gang including the ring leader were arrested. Four children abducted from different cities of the province for ransom were also rescued during the action.
The police also recovered arms and drugs from the possession of the detainees stated to be wanted in number of cases of murder, attempt murder, kidnapping for ransom and other crimes.
