The Islamabad police on Tuesday arrested one of its own constables on charges that he had been raping his daughter for the last four years.
According to details, a police team led by SP Yasir Hameed and ASP Irsala raided the house of Head Constable Dil Pazeer in the limits of Koral Police Station after they were informed of the incest by the victim girl, a student of intermediate.
Sources said that Dil Pazeer has admitted to his crime. They added that according to the victim girl, she had shared her ordeal with her mother and other relatives but none of them had done anything to stop her father. The victim then approached the police and also submitted a video clip to substantiate her allegation against her father.
Meanwhile, a large number of people gathered outside the rapist’s house and demanded police to kill him on the spot, however the police officials managed to move him to the police station safely.
