At least 12 government schools in the Rawalpindi district showed zero per cent while six schools showed below 10 per cent result in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination 2015.
The matric results were announced by the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE) on Saturday and according to the result sheet, girls outshone boys in grabbing top positions.
The result record also shows that the result of 11 schools was below 19 per cent.
The schools which showed zero result included Al-Azeem Girls High School Azeemabad, Attock; Government High School Darnal, Attock; Government Boys High School Ratwal, Fatehjang; Government Boys High School Mian Rasheeda, Fatehjang, Government Boys High School Bharwala, Attock, Grammar Secondary School for Boys GT Road Dina, Jehlum; Mustafai Model Boys High School, Khewara Pinddad, Jehlum; Khayaban-e Sir Syed Girls High School, Rawalpindi; Government High School Kharqan; Government High School Mohtoro Rawalpindi; Government High School Gangawala, Rawalpindi, and Community Model Secondary School for Boys Adiala, Rawalpindi.
The schools which showed below 10 per cent result included Government High School Panmota, Attock; Government Boys High School Choi Bango, Attock; Government Boys High School Naqa Afghanan, Attock and others.
