Security officials on Friday closed the regional office of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) situated in Peshawar’s Hayatabad area over concerns that terrorists might target the building.
According to security officials, calls were intercepted of suspected terrorists pointing towards a possible attack at the NADRA office.
A NADRA official said that security forces sealed the office and asked the staffers to leave until further orders.
