An accountability court on Friday accepted a plea to further arguments over Asif Ali Zardari’s bail plea in SGS and Cotecna corruption references.
Accountability Judge Muhammad Bashir was hearing the SGS and Cotecna references against PPP co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari. The counsels requested the court and stressed need to argue further on Zardari’s bail plea. The court accepted the request and issued a date for final arguments.
The court has summoned Zardari’s counsel and National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) representative to present conclusive arguments on August 20.
