As many as 37 more dengue viral fever cases were reported from the city in a week increasing the patients toll to 701 in 2015.
According to a report issued by Dengue Prevention and Control Programme Sindh, at least 37 more dengue fever cases surfaced in the city in the last week and total number of cases have reached 701 since January 1, 2015.
The report stated that a total 727 dengue fever cases have been reported in Sindh province since January 2015 and 701 were detected in Karachi only, while rest of the cases were reported from other parts of Sindh. Three people died of dengue fever in the city this year.
Around 30 dengue fever cases were reported from Balochistan province so far, increasing the patients toll 757 in 2015.
