Plot allotment case: LHC seeks report from DG LDA in week

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday sought report from Lahore Development Authority (LDA) director general (DG) within one week in contempt of court case.

Justice Farrukh Irfan of LHC was hearing the case during which, LDA DG Ahad Cheema apprised the court that he didn’t receive any order of court due to his visit to Islamabad upon which the court raged over accuser’s attitude.

The plaintiff stated that no plots have been allotted to the employees despite court’s order.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case and sought report from the LDA DG in one week.
