Employees of Supreme Court and Islamabad High Court (IHC) while rejecting freezing of judicial allowance by the finance ministry have decided to challenge the order in the court.
A source said that the court employees will soon file a case in the IHC against the ministry of finance and the establishment division.
According to the source, employees of government hospitals in the federal capital have also decided to become party in the case as their health allowance has also been withheld.
Employees of PIMS, Polyclinic and CDA Hospital have contacted the court employees, offering them to join hands with them to challenge the freezing of judicial and health allowances.
