KARACHI:
An antiterrorism court asked on Wednesday police to initiate proceedings of proclamation and attachment of property against banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan chief Mullah Fazlullah and the then spokesperson for the outfit Shahidullah Shahid in a police bus attack case, sources claimed.
Three special security unit commandos of the police were killed and 19 other sustained injuries in a blast caused by an explosive-laden vehicle that hit their bus on the National Highway near Quaidabad in March this year.
Fazlullah and Shahidullah were named in an FIR as the TTP claimed responsibility for the attack.
