Leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday submitted a resolution in Punjab Assembly condemning Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain derogatory remarks against Pakistan Army and demanded his early detention through International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL).
Opposition Leader Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed and member Subtain Khan submitted a resolution stating that the House salutes sacrifices of Pakistan Army and Rangers and strongly condemned provocative speeches of Altaf Hussain against security agencies.
The resolution also urged the federal government to arrest MQM chief through INTERPOL and file case against him as per law.
