Additional district and sessions Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan has ordered SHO Khanna police station to register a case of rape against accused Stephen Masih, and investigate the matter.
The additional district and sessions judge Islamabad issued the orders for the registration of the case during the course of hearing the petition filed by one Asia Bibi, resident of Islamabad.
The petitioner Asia Bibi said in her petition that Stephen Masih recorded a rape scene film with her and threatened that if she opened her mouth about then he would upload the video on internet. He also threatened to kill her.
Asia Bibi said in the petition that she went up to the Khanna police station but the police refused to register the case and declared her mad. Now she has approached the court to get help.
The additional district and sessions judge reprimanded the SHO Khanna police station and ordered him to register the case and investigate the matter.
