District and Session judge on Saturday directed the counsel of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to present the copy of Islamabad high court’s order in defamation case.
Judge Kamran Basharat was hearing the case filed against Imran Khan by former Chief Justice (CJ) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
During the hearing, the judge ordered Khan’s lawyer to get the copy of IHC verdict in next proceeding.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the case till September 9.
