An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday ordered early arrest of claimant due to absence in airport attack case.
The hearing of the case was conducted at Karachi Central Jail even though assistant director Airport Security Force (ASF), the plaintiff in the case, was absent.
At least three criminals, Sarmad Siddique, Nadeem and Asif Zaheer were arrested earlier. The ATC has forwarded the cases against the criminals regarding possession of illegal weapons to the Sessions Court. They are also accused of having assisted the militants in the attack on the Karachi’s airport.
The Sindh home Department has requested the court to hold hearing of the case in jail because of its sensitivity.
