Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday summoned Directorate General (DG) of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on July 8 for violating court’s order.
Justice Shahid Jameel of LHC was hearing the case during which, petitioner’s lawyer stated that the court ordered DG LDA to allot plot to Muneer Ahmed after which, the allotment was suspended for some unknown reason.
The judge raged over DG LDA and summoned him for explanation on July 8.
