The Chief Justice and the Judges of High Court of Sindh have ordered the following transfers and postings of District & Sessions Judge with immediate effect in the public interest.
Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar transferred from Shaheed Benazirabad to Sukkur in place of Amjad Ali Bohio transferred. Amjad Ali Kazi from Shikarpur to Shaheed Benazir Abad replacing Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar transferred. Mushtaq Ahmed Leghari awaiting posting to Shikarpur replacing Amjad Ali Kazi transferred. Ghulam Rasool from Badin to Jamshoro vice Ubaidullah Khan transferred. Ubaiadullah Khan from Jamshoro to Tando Allahyar vice Munir Ahmed Shaikh transferred. Munir Ahmed Shaikh has been relieved from Tando Allahyar and asked to report at High Court Sindh. Javed Ahmed Keerio has been posted from Karachi Central to Badin, replacing Ghulam Rasool. Rashida Asad awaiting posting to has been posted to Karachi Central replacing Javed Ahmed Keerio transferred.
