Mithi Senior Civil Judge Mian Fayyaz Rabbani has apprehended that Tharparkar may be hit by a drought again this year, due to no rainfall for long.
In a communication sent to the SHC registrar on Saturday, Judge Rabbani said that in view of another food crisis looming large over the region a drought control cell should be established.
