The airing of a video showing a sexy Argentine model piloting an Austral Airlines plane as it was taking off from Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires has sparked a controversy over this violation of air security regulations.
The filming, directed by the celeb herself, shows Victoria Xipolitakis inside the cabin with the pilot and copilot during the entire flight from the Argentine capital to the city of Rosario in Santa Fe province.
International air security regulations ban passengers from traveling in the cabin of an airliner, particularly in critical moments of the flight like takeoff and landing.
In the video the pilot is heard to say “if I go down, you’re going down with me,” as a warning to Xipolitakis not to go public with the filmed material.
“I’m going to accelerate and we’re going to take off. Do you guys know what you’re doing? It’s a critical moment,” she says.
The actress had already posted photos taken in the cabin on her Twitter account.
