The Rawalpindi district administration has once again changed routes of two public transports and issued a new fare list in respect of the changed routes.
A notification issued in this regard says that the two service-providers will have access to 25 per cent of Murree Road.
According to the notification, a ban has been imposed on route No 1 to go to secretariat and instead Saidpur Village will be its last stop.
The route No 1 will start its service from Chohar Madina Colony instead of Saddar and its last stop will be Saidpur Village instead of secretariat.
Similarly, route No 3 wagons will start service from Raja Bazaar, Fowara Chowk, Bagh-e-Sardaran, Asghar Mall Road, Saidpur Road, Kali Tanki, Sixth Road, Faizabad, Zero Point, Fire Brigade, Aabpara, Foreign Office, Radio Pakistan and onwards to Bari Imam.
A fare of Rs12 will be charged on short distances, Rs14 on relatively long distances and Rs30 will be charged on the final stop.
