The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Thursday issued a notification regarding reduction in power tariff by Rs 2.08 per unit.
The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) had submitted the request seeking decrease in electricity price.
According to notification, the tariff has been reduced for the month March under fuel adjustment plan. New rate will be applicable on July bills, however, the price remains unchanged for K-Electric consumers.
