As many as four youth drowned while bathing in a river on Tuesday. One body was recovered while search for other three was in progress at the time of filing of this report.
Police said that four teenagers were bathing in River Jhelum in Megga Kadehi area of Sargodha to beat the scorching heat when they went into deep water and drowned before they could be rescued.
Rescue divers, families and relatives of the youths were took part in the operation for the recovery of the bodies.
Body of one youth had been fished out while search for three other missing youngsters was in progress.
