Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday decided to hold intra-party polls after local bodies’ election.
According to reports, the PTI leadership has decided to hold intra-party election according to the new mandate for which an inspection process of as many as seven million voters is underway.
A central office of party’s election commission has also been arranged in Islamabad to monitor all the activities. General (r) Taj from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Feroz Khan from Sindh have been appointed as provincial chief election commissioners (CECs). Moreover, party’s CEC Tasneem Nawaz would announce the final date of polling after Eid.
