Police on Thursday presented the challan against former Sindh home minister Zulfiqar Mirza before the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi.
The court was informed that Mirza and six others were out on bail, while 15 accused were in prison and one was absconding.
The challan further states that Zulfiqar Mirza and 22 others are accused of attacking a police station in Badin and creating a law and order situation. The charges framed against Zulfiqar Mirza include anti-terrorism sections as well.
