Girls appearing in Med examination have announced that they will continue their boycott of papers to protest against frisking by male invigilators, calling upon the government to take notice.
Speaking at a news conference, 3 students said that at the University of Balochistan, girl candidates were shocked as male invigilators started frisking them, led by the controller of examination.
They said that the practice was against Islamic values and morality.
A demonstration was held the next day to register the protest, but administration called the police which resulted in baton charge, injuring five girls.
The university called upon the Balochistan government to take action against the vice chancellor and invigilation committee.
I'm sure they could have hired a woman to do the frisking. Even in international airports women agents will frisk female passengers. It has nothing to do with religion. No woman enjoys being frisked by a male agent.
