Sanaullah takes a dig at Khan

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has said he will quit politics if someone proves corruption proved in development project of Punjab.

In an interview on Sunday, Sanaullah said the masses have rejected the politics of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will clean sweep in the upcoming local bodies’ polls.

He alleged that all out efforts of PTI Chairman Imran Khan were aimed at becoming the prime minister and he has no concern with masses and their hardships.

The law minister said that Khan had been levelling allegations regarding rigging in the election but failed to present evidences in this regard.

“The masses have rejected the politics of sit-ins and they want the political leaders to resolve problems and facilitate them instead of making hollow claims and verbal pledges,” he said.

He further said that as per repeated demands of PTI during sit-ins, the judicial commission was constituted to probe the alleged rigging allegation but Khan failed to present any proof before the commission.
