The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the Interior Ministry to present before it a complete action plan in respect of Kachchi Abadis (slums) located in Islamabad.
A single bench of IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui took up for hearing case filed by Aziz ur Rehman and others on illegal Kachchi Abadis in federal capital Friday.
Counsel for CDA Raja Adnan Aslam appeared in the court and presented an interim report and sought time for filing detailed report.
The court while accepting his plea ordered CDA to file detailed report and interior ministry to file complete action plan with reference to Kachchi Abadis before it.
The hearing of the case has been adjourned till June 26, 2015.
