The judicial commission probing alleged rigging in the 2013 general elections has received a detailed report of Form-15 (Ballot paper account) that went missing in different constituencies following the polls.

According to details of the missing forms obtained by a news channel on Thursday, ballot paper account forms were missing in approximately 20,672 out of 62,990 polling stations of different constituencies of the National Assembly.

Separately, 6,802 vote-bags were found with broken seals while 687 bags were missing altogether. The report covers 241 out of a total of 272 constituencies of the National Assembly.

According to the report, forms were missing in 12,000 out of 39,000 polling stations in Punjab Assembly constituencies. 4,655 polling bags were found with broken seals, while 461 vote-bags were missing altogether.

In NA-56, the constituency of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, the forms were missing in 34 of 225 total polling stations.

In PTI Vice-Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s NA-150 constituency, the forms were missing in 119 out of 266 polling stations. Additionally, 45 polling bags found open with broken seals.

In NA-55 constituency of Shaikh Rasheed Ahmed, the forms were missing in 91 out of 249 total polling stations.

In the NA-120 constituency of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the forms were missing in 114 out of 220 total polling stations. Additionally, 45 polling bags found with broken seals.

In Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan’s constituency NA-52, form-15 was missing in 59 out of 351 total polling stations.

In the constituency of Punjab chief minister’s son Hamza Shahbaz, NA-119, form-15 was missing in 78 out of 282 total polling stations, while 69 polling bags were found with seals removed.

In the constituency of National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, NA-122, form-15 was missing in 77 out of 284 polling stations.

In Saad Rafique’s NA-125 constituency, form-15 was missing in 169 out of 265 polling stations. 235 polling bags were found with broken seals.

In NA-53 constituency of PTI leader Ghulam Sarwar, who defeated Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan in the 2013 polls, form-15 could not be found in 54 out of 323 polling stations. Separately, 18 vote-bags had their seals broken.

In the NA-29 constituency of PTI leader Murad Saeed, 175 out of 321 polling stations had missing form-15.

The forms were missing in 120 out of 269 total polling stations in PTI senior leader Shafqat Mehmood’s constituency NA-126. 30 polling bags also had their seals broken.

In the NA-96 constituency of PML-N leader Khurram Dastageer, 42 of 206 polling stations had missing form-15.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Khursheed Shah’s NA-199 constituency had missing forms in 72 out of 237 polling stations, while 117 vote-bags were with broken seals.

In the constituency of Faryal Talpur, the sister Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Zardari, form-15 was missing in 166 out of 248 polling stations, while 122 vote-bags were with broken seals.

In the NA-225 constituency of former NA Speaker Fehmida Mirza, 219 out of 292 polling stations had missing form-15.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar’s NA-249 Karachi constituency had missing forms in 133 out of 146 polling stations, and 13 polling bags found open.

In PML-N leader Ashan Iqbal’s constituency, NA-117, form-15 was missing in 66 out of 205 polling stations.

In NA-222, the constituency of PPP leader Naveed Qamar, 80 out 242 polling stations had missing form-15, while 67 polling bags had broken seals.
