As many as nine students were injured and 24 arrested after a clash between two students groups of the Federal Urdu University broke out on Tuesday.
According to details, two opponent student groups of Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUSAT) clashed over a minor dispute. The students belonging to the two groups used fists, kicks and tortured their opponents, resulting in injuries to nine students who were shifted to hospital for treatment.
The situation got out of control after which the administration of FUUSAT called in the police who reached the scene and arrested 24 students involved in clash who were being interrogated.
