At this precise moment, someone could be throwing garbage all over the street or even the school. You think this is bad? Well, it isn’t because it has its benefits. I propose that we should have all the streets cleaned up.
Since we were young, we were told that we should keep everything clean and that we shouldn’t throw garbage to the floor, right? No, it isn’t. Once I saw a guy throwing food and different kinds of stuff outside his car and on the street, said to him that he was being rude but now I understand him. I understand why he threw those things out of the car onto the street and at the end of this speech we will hopefully understand too.
What I am going to talk to you about, ladies and gentlemen, is why we should throw rubbish on the floor and everywhere. You may not know but there are different types of benefits out of this. My main points are: It gives work for people; we don’t spend money or energy; some garbage in specific places is good; it can benefit animals; at the end it’s the same and littering is always fun. First, I am going to talk about why it gives more places. This is because more garbage on the street means more people or workers to pick it up. This is good for them because they receive money for picking it up which makes them happy and if they don’t pick up the garbage, and if we were all tidy and clean, then they wouldn’t have a job. It also gives us the benefit of saving money, time and energy. But we don’t have to throw it all on the floor.
We have to admit that littering is always fun. Let’s face it. It’s always fun putting garbage in your friend’s locker, isn’t it? I hope I have convinced you people with my arguments. Thank you.
