The Head (Mukhia) of Ratodero Hindu Panchyat, Seth Ashok Kumar, has complained against SEPCO, saying some officials were demanding bribes from their community.

He said this in a meeting held at Dharamshala here on Saturday in which trade union president Dr Asghar Abbasi, PPP city president Ghulam Mustafa Ghanghro, Zulfiqar Noonari, Seth Ghirdari Lal, Dr Bhagwandas, Dr Gordhan Das Makheeja, SEPCO incharge SDO Murteza Bhutto, lineman Mir Muhammad Bhutto and others participated.

The Hindu community leaders said their 300 families had already shifted from Ratodero due to crime, and highhandedness of corrupt officials.

They said their community always cleared government dues timely but still they were harassed on the pretext of bill default. They appealed the higher authorities to take notice of their issues and resolve them.
