Shah says things are getting better

National Assembly opposition leader Khursheed Shah has said that law and order situation in the country is now comparatively better.

Talking to reporters on Sunday, he said, “Pakistan’s commitment to eliminate terrorism remains undeterred. Pakistan has rendered enormous sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.”

Shah said the ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation is a clear manifestation of our nation’s resolve to root out terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations. Pakistan’s political leadership, parliament, state institutions and the whole nation are fully united in this resolve, he said.

He expressed the hope that after Zimbabwe, sports teams from other countries will also visit Pakistan and one day the country will become a major host of international cricket.
