Indian national arrested with fake passport, CNIC

An Indian national was arrested with a fake Pakistani passport and computerised national identity card (CNIC) here on Saturday.

The intelligence agencies personnel and special police on a tip-off arrested the Indian national at City Railway Station Karachi. In the preliminary interrogation, the nabbed accused revealed that he had come to Karachi on 90 days visa and then he, in connivance of some officials, managed to acquire Pakistani passports and CNIC.

The detained Indian national has been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
