The meeting was attended by Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif; Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq; Federal Minister for Petroleum Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal, Advisor to PM Sartaj Aziz, Minister of State for Petroleum Jam Kamal, Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali, SAPM Tariq Fatemi, PM House Spokesman Musaddiq Malik, Secretary to PM Javed Aslam, Secretary Water and Power Younus Dagha, Secretary Petroleum Arshad Mirza and senior officials.
Nawaz Sharif should be held responsible for the Power shortages , as these are because of years of neglect dating back to his tenture as PM before Musharef's time. Current power shortages would take years , atleast 10 years to overcome, does not matter what Nawaz Sharif says. .
