KARACHI:
Shah Mehmood Qureshi, senior PTI leader and activist, has demanded resignation of Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah after deadly attack in Karachi that killed 43 people on Wednesday, according to local media sources.
Qureshi said that the firing incident is the ‘failure of provincial government and the CM should resign immediately’, authorities stated.
Shah also urged for the best possible health facilities to the injured people.
“Rangers have done a good job in the past but ruling elite is the biggest hurdle in their way”, he added, according to sources.
Has anyone in KP govt. resigned after APS incident in Peshawar?? Doing sheer politics at these difficult times… despicable.

resignation of C.M. is not the solution…there should be accountability of LEAs,spy agencies ,budgets of armed forces should be discussed in Parliament—,there should be reviewed why Karachi operation is going towards failure and who is responsible for this failure.Every day it is claimed that backbone of TTP is broken in waziristan but the same militants are breaking the backbone of Pakistani everyday.The recently revelation of American writer should be eye opener for us,latest technology should be used for Interrogation instead of using old method of torture to get the desired confessional statement
They talk about the Gawader port, they talk about the mega projects, they raid MQM offices, they have been bombing Waziristan, and they wanted to go to Yemen; yet they cannot protect their own citizens. The Executive branch, the Military (that includes ISI), and the Politicians of Pakistan have failed miserably. But Pakistanis somehow will keep on praising these inept people, they will remain in power till the amputated hobbling Pakistan comes to its logical end.
