A special anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday has extended the judicial remand of former state minister’s son, Mustafa Kanju, until May 15 in 14-year-old Zain’s murder case.
The judge expressed resentment as the police failed to put forth the challan in the case against Kanju.
However, the court granted extension in judicial remand of the alleged criminal. Moreover the court directed the police to present challan in the next hearing.
