Four security personnel were killed on Tuesday near Tank district’s Sheikh Otar area bordering South Waziristan.
According to police, the security personnel were on duty at the under-construction Gomal Zam Dam Road when unknown motorcyclists opened fire at them. They added that two Frontier Corps (FC) personnel and two workers from Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) were killed in the firing.
Earlier this month, a security personnel was killed and four others injured in terrorist attacks in South Waziristan and Bannu, respectively.
Such horrible news.. The saddest thing about it is probably the fact that police can do little about these gunned attacks. People want justice but they don't get it, because it's hard to get people tell truth nowadays. My condolences to the family of that security personnel and wishes to get better to those who have been injured during the attack.
