Five army personnel, including a captain, were martyred while at least 27 terrorists were killed in clashes in Khyber Agency, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Thursday.
The ISPR statement said that five troops including Captain Ajmal embraced martyrdom during various clashes in Operation Khyber II in the restive tribal agency.
The ISPR further said that security forces also succeeded in dismantling terrorist strongholds in Sandapal, Tordara, Kundwala and Mehrban Killay areas of Khyber Agency.
