  1. Why Pakistan should not pursue its own independent foreign policy priories? Is Pakistan a 'slave country' to listen to US or its powerful allies only? It should not discuss in the Parliament. A democratic element has been shown toward crises in the Middle East and relations with China. We have long awaited for that and happy that the present leadership has shown and exercised that policy of a purpose sentiment. I could not understand what point was mad by Bruce Riedel and what he wanted? Does he wanted Pakistan to repeat the follies of the 1950s and the 1980s or post-9/11?. There was no Parliament in Pakistan those years but now a powerful Parliament exists and probably Bruce Riedel does like it. He is more easy with despotic leaders by conveying the things over a telephone call and to get objective achieved. Saudi Arabia very much understands its position with Pakistan and Pakistan guarantees the safety of the Holy Places that is the part of Iman (faith) of every Muslim in Pakistan. This is foreign policy and its is not being dictated from Washington D.C any more. And mind you that this not fundamentalism, extremism, Talibanism. This is an independent and democratic wisdom of all Pakistanis. So please respect it. And I expect a reply from you.
