Truckload of allegations

When the Judicial Commission formed on the persistent demand of Imran Khan asked him to submit the evidence and proofs supporting his charges of methodological gross rigging in the General Election 2013, he failed to respond affirmatively and sought time of 10 days for that purpose. It is quite strange. Since the last 18 months or so he was making hostile claims of having undeniable proofs of mass rigging. He and his associates were at the peak of using derogatory language during the sit-in at D Chowk which continued from August 14 till December 16 last year. He marred the sanctity of the Independence Day and Defence Day.

Due to his occupancy of the Red Zone area along with his partners of PAT and AML, the Chinese President’s important visit was postponed. He totally ignored one million IDPs of NWA taking refuge at Bannu, the flood victims of Punjab and starving children of Thar. Instead he shrugged the shoulders and said it was not his responsibility because he was not in power. During the whole crisis he never forgot his marriage plans. Perhaps he wanted to immediately become the PM to honour Reham Khan as First Lady.

IK never cared about the fragile economy of the country during the protest days, paralysing the domestic and international trade activities, halting the FDI and making the capital to fly out. Attacking and occupying the national assets and encountering the LEA are unforgettable. During the sit-in and rallies in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan he continued his abusive language and training his young party workers the same way. He alleged everyone including justices, parliamentarians, bureaucracy, ECP, caretaker governments etc. Perhaps he could have loaded the truck with concrete evidence of the riggings to take along with him to the Judicial Commission.
