Hand grenade attack leaves three injured

A hand grenade attack on Saturday at a shop in Bolton Market injured at least three people. The traders of the market have started demonstration of a protest against the poor law and order situation.

According to reports, unidentified motorcyclists hurled a hand grenade at the shop leaving three people injured. The injured were shifted to CivilHospital for treatment where doctors said that one of them was in a critical condition.

Rangers and police reached the scene soon after the incident and started investigation. Following the incident, the traders of the market staged a sit-in protest and demanded security.

In March, a school in North Nazimabad was attacked as unidentified miscreants hurled a grenade near the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) roundabout. Meanwhile, traders staged a protest demonstration against the hand grenade attack on a shop at Bolton Market that left at least three people injured.

The traders of Bolton Market staged sit-in on M A Jinnah Road against the assault and demanded the government to provide security to them. Earlier, some unidentified outlaws, riding a motorcycle, hurled hand grenade at the shop leaving three people injured. The injured were shifted to CivilHospital for treatment, where doctors said one of them is in a critical condition.

Rangers and police reached the crime scene soon after the incident and started investigation.
