Armed men killed three persons, including two women, near the Pak-Afghan border in Balochistan’s Zhob district on Thursday.
According to details, the assailants opened indiscriminate fire at a vehicle in Zhob’s Qamaruddin Karez area. Subsequently, three people, including two women, of the same family were killed in the attack. The family was going from Sambaza to Gul Kach when they were fired upon near the border. The assailants escaped unhurt from the spot.
The motive behind the incident could not be ascertained.
