Lahore High Court (LHC) Judge Justice Abdul Sami on Monday ordered the Nishtar Town Police Station to present all the detainees in the Youhanabad lynching case before the court by April 16.
The petitioner’s counsel maintained that as many as three people have been detained illegally by the police in the lynching case.
The court ordered the police to present all the detainees before the court by April 16.
