Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad, Zeba Chaudhry will hear the case of Rs 10 billion damages filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan against Defence Minister Khawaja Asif.
According to details, Khawaja Asif had alleged that Imran Khan misused the funds of ShaukatKhanamHospital and foreign donations by using the amount for investment in a Gulf country.
On the basis of these allegations, Imran Khan had filed a defamation case for Rs 10 billion damages, which is under hearing in the court for more than two years.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that Imran Khan does not appear in the court and his Counsel gets adjournment of the case under one pretext or the other.
Mr Ali Shah Gillani would appear for Khawaja Asif while Wasif Majeed will represent Imran Khan.
