A 3-day anti-polio campaign will kick off from today, for which preparations have been completed while 8 tehsils have declared as “high risk” areas.
A senior officer associated with the campaign said that as per the orders of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, special arrangements have been made so that the campaign could be held successfully in 8 tehsils.
Strict measures have been taken to provide security to polio workers during the campaign.
