Seeing Khawaja Asif’s outburst against PTI on TV during the joint sitting of Parliament, it reminded one of our village women quarreling in the evening with their neighbours while gesticulating violently with their hands stretched over low walls of their houses. It was a scene of ugly demonstration in a Parliament that could not be described as worthy of an educated person. For a Federal Minister of Khawaja’s status it could not be considered as befitting for a Federal Minister. Even the gung-ho attitude of PM at the time would be considered as his prior approval. This reflects badly on the style of governance of PML-N. The news that the PM showed his annoyance was refuted later which showed full ownership of the scene created at the joint sitting of Parliament.
