The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday ordered the Rangers to re-submit reply over petition of families of at least 60 alleged criminals arrested from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters Nine-Zero.
A division bench comprising of Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh and Justice Nazar Akbar held hearing of the petition.
The Rangers submitted a reply in context of their arrest from Nine Zero. However, the court deemed the reply unsatisfactory and ordered resubmission on the day of next hearing.
The Sindh Police stated in the report that as many as 27 criminals out of a total of 60 have been granted remand by different courts. The court adjourned the hearing until April 14.
