The Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kansi has lifted the obligation for lawyers to wear gowns while appearing before courts.
A statement said that now onwards lawyers would not be bound to wear gowns before appearing in courts, which was in place until recently.
