Chinese president to arrive on April 9 on 2-day Pakistan visit

Chinese President Xi Jinping will arrive in Pakistan on April 9 on a two-day visit. He will meet the civil and military leadership of Pakistan and sign agreements in various fields during the visit.

According to the sources, the Chinese president will arrive on April 9 and will meet president, prime minister, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff during the visit. He is also expected to meet leaders of the mainstream political parties of Pakistan.

The Chinese president is expected to sign various agreements in various fields including communication, energy and broadcast. He will also inaugurate Gwadar Port, Pak-China Economic Corridor, One Belt One Road and various other projects.

Xi Jinping is also expected to visit Saudi Arabia and Egypt after Pakistan.
